The ritual
Olympus is built around one moment: you, barefoot in the backyard, sun on your face, coffee arriving from above. No line. No lobby. No detour through traffic.
Choose from a deliberately small menu designed for consistent preparation.
Your drink is prepared on a live, unedited feed. Watch the bloom, the stretch, and the pour.
The sealed order enters Zipline through its approved merchant hand-off process.
Zipline lowers the order to the customer's selected delivery area. Step outside and receive it.
The edge
Olympus is designed around Platform 2: the order is prepared, handed to Zipline, and flown above road traffic to the customer. Actual delivery performance will be measured in the pilot.
Trust, on camera
Every Olympus preparation site is designed as a glass studio. Every drink is prepared on a live, unedited feed — from grind to hand-off. Nothing to hide, everything to savor.
18 grams in, 36 out. Every shot timed on the feed.
Milk stretched to a pour you can hear through the glass.
Sealed, weighed, and loaded onto the nest — live.
Fewer variants make preparation, timing, and quality easier to measure.
Packaging moves forward only after Zipline compatibility and handling tests.
The first test does not depend on reusable vessels or reverse logistics.
Speed, temperature, repeat use, and unit economics remain hypotheses until the pilot proves them.
The morning habit
Habits stick when they end in light. Your cup lands outside — so the first thing you do each morning is step into the sun, not into a queue. Ten minutes of daylight, delivered with your double-shot.
Repeat morning use is a hypothesis for the pilot to test.
The pilot
The first version requires one approved preparation site, one Zipline hand-off point, a small sealed menu, and clear operating ownership. Additional infrastructure is a later decision, earned by real demand and operating data.
For Zipline
Olympus is a focused hypothesis: a compelling morning occasion can create repeat demand on Zipline. The next step is a bounded Austin pilot with shared metrics and explicit go-or-stop criteria.
